ROOM Royalton Hicacos Resort amp; Spa has four hundred one (401) junior suites, one (1) Presidential Suite and two (2) Royal Suites for a total of four hundred four (404) rooms. Given the exceptional geographical location of the Resort, in a totally natural environment and surrounded by exotic tropical gardens, where hicacos fruit plants and caleta grapes predominate, all our rooms have a view of the garden: JUNIOR SUITES These rooms have a size of 52.00 m2 and have a double bed (2x2 m) or two double beds (1.2 x 2 m) (on request and subject to availability) with a bathroom, living room, terrace or balcony. They also have air conditioning, hair dryer, coffee and tea maker at the clients request, beach towels upon arrival in the room, with the possibility of changing daily in the club house, minibar with daily replacement, telephone, ceiling fan, TV satellite, safe, iron and ironing board, umbrella, 220-110 Volt adapter and transformer at the clients request. Maximum occupancy: 2 clients. There are 4 rooms for disabled clients. ROYAL SUITE These rooms have a size of 107 m2, in addition to having all the aforementioned facilities, they include all the benefits of the Diamond Club package (see inclusions below) and Premium Bar. With maximum occupancy of 2 clients. PRESIDENTIAL SUITE These rooms have a size of 233 m2 and have all the facilities mentioned above. Maximum capacity for 4 people, accommodated in two bedrooms, common room and two bathrooms. Clients booked in this type have all the benefits of the Diamond Club package included. TI 24-hour Food and Beverage Service, 3 swimming pools, gym, 3 tennis courts and 1 squash court available 24 hours a day, day and night entertainment, non-motorized water sports, diving initiation classes in the pool, plus diving for beginners and certificates at sea, subject to availability and weather conditions. All clients will have unlimited Wi-Fi available and included. The butler service is included, consisting of a personalized explanation of all hotel services, shoe cleaning and polishing at the clients request, laundry pickup and delivery service, as well as unpacking and packing at the clients request, courier delivery and coordination of room breakfast service, SPA reservations, coordination of special events and celebrations.
